vinland saga

a brief description of the manga vinland saga: this story happened at the beginning of the xi century, when the vikings, who dominated the northern seas, robbed the coast of france and england. in an era where weapons meant more than words, the little boy unwittingly turns out to be an indirect cause of his father’s death. having grown up and taken the path of a warrior, he craves a fair fight with his father’s murderer, the legendary leader of the viking mercenary detachment, but his age and lack of experience prevent him from doing so. in order not to lose sight of his enemy, the young man joins his detachment and is rewarded for his hard work in a fight with him, but is defeated. he continues to make every effort to carry out his revenge. suddenly he is involved in a much more bloody clash…
